REDOXY · REDOXY website terms of use

Use the website as a route to a requirement—not as a final offer.

These terms govern the public website and protected digital workspaces. Signed contracts, accepted orders and transaction-specific terms take priority.

Using the website means accepting these terms.

If you use the website for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the website or submit information through it.

REDOXY may update these terms for future use. The version applicable to a transaction is not changed by a website update; the applicable quotation, purchase order or signed agreement controls that transaction.

Website material is general and illustrative.

Website descriptions, animations, VFX, equipment scenes, process diagrams, project examples and interface previews help explain capability and routing. They are not certified engineering drawings, operating instructions, HSE procedures, performance guarantees, project evidence or proof that a depicted asset is owned or available.

You must confirm the duty, feed, specification, quantity, destination, applicable standards and site constraints. Do not use website material as the sole basis for an engineering, safety, investment, procurement, trading or compliance decision.

A public indication is not a firm quote.

Any Brent, Platts-equivalent, exchange, commodity, freight, currency or other market reference is an indicative desk reference or proxy unless expressly stated otherwise in an authorized transaction document. It is not a licensed Platts physical assessment, a live executable price, an offer, financial advice or a guarantee of availability.

A binding commitment exists only when authorized parties issue and accept the applicable written quotation, order, contract or confirmation. Commercial terms may change with specification, source, quantity, credit, compliance, logistics, taxes, duties, market movement and availability.

Workspace access is personal and controlled.

Only authorized users may access a customer, trading, publishing, administration or control workspace. Keep credentials confidential, use the available security controls, sign out from shared devices and notify REDOXY promptly of suspected misuse.

  • Do not share, scrape, probe, bypass or interfere with accounts, access controls, rate limits or security features.
  • Do not upload malware, unlawful content, misleading evidence, confidential material without authority, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
  • Do not use website data, market references or contact details for spam, impersonation, unauthorized automated extraction or competitive database building.
  • REDOXY may suspend access reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, evidence or legal compliance.

Submit only content you are authorized to share.

You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You give REDOXY permission to host, copy, review, route and use it as reasonably necessary to respond, perform the requested service, keep required records and protect legal rights.

Mark sensitive information clearly and use an agreed secure channel for technical, personal, export-controlled or confidential records. A public requirement form is not a secure data room.

REDOXY identity and website materials remain protected.

REDOXY names, logos, original interfaces, motion systems, text and owned media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and make a reasonable internal copy for evaluating a genuine REDOXY requirement, but may not republish, remove notices, create a misleading derivative, or imply endorsement without written permission.

Third-party names, marks, data and linked materials remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply sponsorship or a broader authorization.

Services may change and external links remain separate.

REDOXY aims to keep the website accurate, secure and available but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. It may correct, withdraw or update content and functions. External services operate under their own terms and REDOXY does not control their availability or content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, REDOXY is not liable for a decision made solely from public website material or for indirect loss caused by unauthorized use, external services or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any transaction-specific allocation of liability is governed by the applicable signed agreement.

Mandatory law and signed transaction terms remain controlling.

The governing law, forum and dispute procedure for a commercial engagement are stated in its signed contract or accepted transaction terms. For public website use where no separate agreement applies, mandatory laws and competent jurisdiction rules apply; this page does not invent or override them.
