Request deletion without sending more data than necessary.

Send the request to the privacy contact.

Email remiz@redoxyksa.com with the subject “REDOXY data deletion request”. State that you want personal information deleted or restricted and identify the REDOXY interaction concerned.

• Provide the name and one contact detail previously used with REDOXY.
• Identify the relevant channel or record, such as a website requirement, WhatsApp conversation, email exchange, workspace account or attached document.
• Describe the approximate date or project context if that will help locate the information.
• Do not email a password, one-time code, full identity document or unrelated confidential file. REDOXY will request a safer verification method if stronger evidence is required.

REDOXY verifies identity and authority proportionately.

REDOXY may reply using a contact channel already associated with the record or ask a limited question that helps prevent deletion by an unauthorized person. An authorized representative may be asked to show authority to act.

If REDOXY cannot identify the requested record from the information provided, it will ask for the minimum additional detail reasonably needed.

What REDOXY does after verification.

The privacy contact coordinates a manual review of systems reasonably connected to the request. Those systems may include website intake and enterprise RFQ records, email delivery records, WhatsApp business communications, Odoo-connected commercial records, protected-workspace data and controlled uploads.

This page is an instruction route, not an automated erasure button or Meta deletion callback. After verification and review, REDOXY will tell you which records it can delete, correct or restrict, which records must be retained, and whether you need to use a provider's own deletion control for a copy that provider independently controls.

If Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law governs the request, REDOXY will handle it without undue delay and within 30 days, subject to a justified extension of up to 30 additional days where that law permits and the requester is notified. Other applicable laws may set a different period.

Some records cannot be deleted immediately.

Deletion may be limited where information is needed for a contract, tax or accounting record, regulatory or sanctions duty, safety or security record, fraud prevention, legal claim, dispute, investigation or another lawful purpose. REDOXY will identify the applicable category in its response where the law permits.

Deleting a message or account inside Meta or WhatsApp does not automatically delete a business record lawfully held by REDOXY. Likewise, a REDOXY deletion request does not delete information controlled independently by Meta, WhatsApp, an email provider or another third party; use that provider’s own controls for its copy.

Reply to the deletion response or email remiz@redoxyksa.com if you believe a relevant record was missed. You may also raise a complaint with the competent data-protection authority where the law gives you that right.
